How to select oilfield solids control centrifugal pump
As we said just now, according to mud system flow rate or the equipment capacity. Pumps will be specified with a certain flow rate tested by water when they were finished in the factory. When the mixing hopper requests 140m³/h compounding capacity we can select pump holding capacity 160-170m³/h. As we know pump flow rate is related to many factors, including head/lift, pressure, motor power. So before your confirmation on a pump, please inquire professional person for proper use
How many sets of oilfeild solids control centrifugal pump do we need for a complete mud system?
One set of the trip pump, one set desander pump, one set desilter pump, two sets of mixing pump, two sets of charging pump, one shearing pump. So we suggest 8 sets of pumps for the normal system. However, some systems designed with vacuum degasser performed under pump feeding. Then another pump is necessary, too. Please tell us your demand or condition, we'll give you professional suggestions
